Paul A. Sommer, DPM Associate American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, founded Boca Podiatry Group in 1993. He practices in all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery, performing in-office surgical procedures as well as hospital based surgeries.

Digital X-Rays
Digital X-Rays are much faster and use less radiation than traditional X-Rays . In addition, processing is much quicker and the images can be enhanced and digitally transferred.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound imaging is a diagnostic technique that allows us to see parts of the foot and leg that are not visible with standard X-Rays.
Gaitscan
Gaitscan is the combination of state-of-the-art computer hardware and software that helps Dr. Sommer detect abnormal foot function to determine if you need custom orthotics .
MRI
Same day MRI appointment with results available in 12-24 hours. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) uses no radiation like conventional X-Rays and shows much more. MRIs are excellent for revealing soft tissue and tendon problems, stress fractures and foreign bodies in your feet and ankles.
